Prove yourself and nothing will get in your way. The client will make sure of it. But first, you’ll need to excel in a role charged with improving the housing they offer their customers. Quality will be at the heart of the process. Youll ensure that the housing gets better and better, so that they stay at the forefront of an extremely competitive industry The client has long stood out from the crowd of housing associations. They have always gone their own way, explored new ways of doing things – and in this role, you’ll set the example. You’ll promote and deliver the development strategy, while working to deliver flagship projects such as the introduction of the Clients’ Charter, and new design and environmental strategies. The onus will be on you to inspire colleagues as to whats possible - particularly when it comes to design. Take a project management lead role on a range of new business projects. Also, management of developement strategy budgets. Innovative design is a passion of yours - and its a passion we want you to share. Its quite possible youre either a trained architect or a building engineer with CABE membership. But what we really want to see is attitude. That is, the drive and the desire to make them the best at what they do...by being the best at what you do. Must have own car? A fantastic opportunity.
